the proposed long retention pond.
____ I live downstream and am opposed to greater risks of flooding problems in the future.
____ I am opposed to greater risks for our neighbors downstream.
____ I am concerned about the costs the city may incur from future flooding
____ I am concerned that the incurred costs may be reflected in future water bills
